Our TecWeb® is a dry, thermoplastic adhesive supplied on a roll. The individual composition and unique properties of the material make the adhesive web the ideal adhesive for a wide range of applications.

Compared to other adhesive application methods, adhesive web coating delivers clean, controlled, and consistent results. This is particularly true for applications that require high process reliability, material compatibility, and consistent quality.

TecWeb® can be used to produce two- or multi-layer laminates. In addition, surfaces can be prepared on both sides so that the adhesive web can be reactivated at a later time at another production site through the application of heat and then permanently bonded to another material.

How it works.

How does our thermoplastic adhesive web work?

The adhesive web is activated by heat during the application process. As the temperature rises, the thermoplastic material melts and spreads evenly between the surfaces to be bonded, creating a permanent bond. After cooling, the adhesive web solidifies into a strong and durable adhesive bond. This process is repeatable and can be precisely integrated into industrial manufacturing processes to ensure consistently high-quality results.
